The Opportunity

1. Financial Management: Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting,

forecasting, and auditing. Ensure that the financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet

the organization's short and long-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance

with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.

2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the financial strategy of the company. This

includes long-term financial planning and forecasting, risk management, and investment

strategies.

3. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual

financial statements. Ensure the timely reporting of key financial data and updates to the CEO,

Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.

4. Compliance: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions. This

includes tax planning and compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

5. Leadership: Direct the Finance and accounting team and ensure their ongoing professional

development and training. Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive

management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce clear inventory movement policies and process
• Oversee the receiving, storage and issuance of inventory to project teams

This is a full time role for a Technical Specialist located in Ang Mo Kio. Our client makes sophisticated nurse call systems, enterprise reporting and analytics tools, and industry-leading software applications for caregivers and clinical staff and you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance according to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. It also requires coordinating site work with sub-contractors and customers, as well as providing on-site support for systems testing, commissioning, and client training, both locally and overseas.
