The Reservations Officer responds to reservation requests from guests, travel agents, and referral networks made through various communication platforms. He/She ensures that reservation hotlines are attended to at all times to meet daily business needs, and is responsible for creating, updating and maintaining reservation bookings promptly in accordance with guests' booking confirmations.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to reservation requests from guests, travel agents, and referral networks made through various communication platforms.
• Ensure that reservation hotlines are attended to at all times to meet daily business needs
• Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining reservation records promptly in accordance with guests' booking confirmation
• Track future room availability and helps develop forecasts for room revenue and occupancy
• Work closely with Front Office and Sales Department in preparing the pre-registration activities and process advance reservation deposits
• Updates room inventory and comply with the policies and procedures of the property
• Candidates with OPERA knowledge and experience will have an added advantage
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
• 5.5 days work week, regular hour

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
• Preferably 1-2 years relevant experience
• Possess initiative, able to multi task and work independently
• Pleasant disposition and a team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in Hotels/ Serviced Apartments will be an added advantage

· Identify and maximize sales opportunities in wound management to achieve agreed sales target and to grow the business in accordance to strategy.

· Promote the full range of products to Accounts, to increase sales revenue and to achieve strategic supplier status in these accounts.

· Manage an agreed and balanced number of Key accounts. As projects are realized or become reprioritized, they should be replaced by new opportunities.

· Full consultation and liaison with Sales Managers to ensure that planned activities are in line with and support over all strategies and objectives.

· Support our in-market research, sales calls, training, launches of new products etc.

· Seek market information on competitor activities and products to help shape accurate strategies and marketing campaigns.

· Identify training needs to develop competencies required to improve performance and meet customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum a Diploma in any field.

· Minimum of 4 years in Product Specialist (Medical Sales) in Hospitals or equal experience in the GPs & Nursing Homes market will be an advantage.

· Strong understanding of the medical industry.

· Excellent communications and relationship development.

· Analytical and independent.

• Ensure Export operations runs smoothly, and SOP compliant.
• Manage and co-ordinate the entire shipment process for customers.
• Implement and establish new processes for export / import operations.
• Review export / import operational procedures for continuous improvement, to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare KPI reports for customers & attend to Operation Review meetings when required.
• Plan / schedule space for all origin stations.
• To co-ordinate shipment closely with Customers and various department to ensure shipments executed correctly
• Monitor & ensure Customers make prompt payments.
• Rectify & resolve payment discrepancies.
• Observe & control daily operational issues to comply Customer’s requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the industry.
• PC literate and has a customer centric attitude.
• Able to commit for weekends as part of regular hours due to operational needs.
