• Support the application process for Visas for the IBO team. Liaison with travel agencies, embassies and other group companies to confirm the latest Visa requirements for travel designations.
• Support EA to manage IBO team’s calendars.
• Manage official communications, including calls and emails. Act of point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and organizing both internal and external meetings and events. Ensure timely communication and preparation with all relevant parties.
• Assist in reconciling and verifying the IBO team’s travel and entertainment claims in accordance with the Company’s business expense policy. This includes preparing travel requisition and submission of claims, etc via our system.
