The Admissions Officer will play a vital role in ensuring that our admissions practices align with the school’s policies, mission, and capacity while delivering a seamless and positive experience for prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Convey the School’s Vision, Mission, and Values: Serve as an ambassador of Olympiad International School, accurately communicating our school’s core values, educational philosophy, and commitment to excellence.
• Provide Information and Guidance: Share comprehensive details about the school’s programs, curriculum, extracurricular activities, and admission requirements to prospective students and their families.
• Manage the Admissions Process: Guide applicants through each stage of the admissions process, ensuring clarity and a smooth, positive experience.
• Develop Enrolment Strategies: Implement targeted enrolment campaigns, utilizing market research, analysis, and strategic planning to achieve the school’s enrolment targets.
• Coordinate Admissions Events: Organize and execute events such as open houses, information sessions, and school tours to engage prospective families and promote the school.
• Maintain Records and Database: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students, following up on inquiries and maintaining a robust database of leads.
• Create Admissions Collateral: Collaborate on the development of promotional materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns, to highlight the school’s offerings and attract new students.
• Engage with Prospects: Proactively communicate with prospective students and parents, addressing their questions and providing detailed information about our curriculum and extracurricular programs.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in admissions or a similar role within the international education sector.
• Education: Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guests.
2. Write accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
3. Check IDs and manage who enters the building.
4. Walk around regularly to look for any problems or suspicious activity.
5. Act quickly and appropriately in emergencies to protect people and property.
6. Help tenants and visitors with questions or directions.
7. Write down any incidents or unusual events and escalate to the right people.
8. Keep in touch with other security staff and management.
9. Make sure safety rules are followed and help in emergencies.
