• Keep abreast of latest changes to regulations (AML/CFT)
• Investigate any AML discrepancies/risks
• Update company’s policy with any latest changes
• Work closely with various business units
• Any other ad-hoc compliance duties or involvement in Projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce/Law or any other relevant education
• Minimum 4 years of Compliance experience (AML/CDD) in a Corporate Bank/Financial Institutions including MAS 626
• Independent, diligent, meticulous, strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Conduct orientation to newly hired employees and provide information about the company benefits
• Handle the work pass for foreign workers (application, renewal, cancellation, etc.)
• Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases to ensure accurate and confidential information
• Payroll processing and CPF/IR8A/IR21 submission
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee's termination and maintain proper documentation
• Provide support on ad-hoc HR related tasks/projects

Job Requirements

• With relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
• Experience in using whyzeHR is preferred
