Job Description :

• Carry out duties as required by WSH Acts and regulations,
• Implement HSE Management plan and system,
• Regular site inspection and intervention to improve site safety,
• Receptive to ad hoc duties and works.

Requirements :

• 5 years of WSHO registered experience,
• Communicate well at all levels,
• Teamwork spirit.

• Handle enquiries regarding full suite of products including personal and corporate accounts, loans, deposits, cards
• Troubleshoot issues and address customers' concerns promptly
• Provide product / service information when necessary
• 9.30pm to 6pm (Mon to Fri); 10am to 2.30pm (Every Sat)
• Able to work in Call centre environment
• N levels and above

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer’s enquiries promptly
• Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures
• Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates
• Prepare shipping, LCL, FCL documentation
• Co-ordinate with import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
• Liaise & co-ordinate with carriers / customers / suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
• Sea freight quotation for adhoc COD customers
• Arrange for the packing / labelling of Dangerous Goods
• Provide quotations upon application
• Responsible for closing of files every month
• Responsible for DG declaration from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding (airfreight / seafreight)
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
