Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for financial advisor positions.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine their suitability for the role.
• Manage the onboarding process for new financial advisors, including orientation, training, and integration into the team.
• Develop and implement advisors retention strategies to reduce turnover, increase advisors engagement & 2 way feedback mechanism.
• Provide guidance and support to financial advisors on HR-related matters, including performance management, career progression, and corporate relations
• Monitor and analyze recruitment and HR metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
• Stay abreast industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR to ensure the department remains competitive and compliant with regulations
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry networks to attract top talent

Requirements

• Diploma in relevant field
• Prior experience in financial services or human resources preferred

• Manual bag checks
• Usage of security screening equipment for screening purposes
• X-ray screening of checked in luggages
• Any other security related roles at Airport

• Able to commit 12 hours duty (Permanent day and/or night shift available)
