Job Description:

• Screening of passengers at designated zones
• Manual bag checks
• Usage of security screening equipment for screening purposes
• X-ray screening of checked in luggages
• Any other security related roles at Airport

Requirements:

• Able to commit 12 hours duty (Permanent day and/or night shift available)

• Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including putting up and circulating the agenda, booking of meeting space.
• Maintain and update all documentation in shared drive as and when necessary.
• Support the Team by sourcing, vetting and coordinating with vendors and suppliers or as directed by the Senior/Manager
• Assist with organizing webinars / seminars, workshops and conferences. This includes but is not limited to
• Designing and distributing EDMs and invitations
• Providing secretariat support
• Answering and replying to delegate emails
• Assisting and following through with delegates on their queries
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of conference
• Work with appointed vendors as necessary
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
