The ideal candidate will be supporting the Marketing team by planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall goals. The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to regulatory requirements and ensure proper approvals and documentations
• Assist in analysis of sales and traffic performance
• Assist in the development and operation of leasing related IT systems such as Lease Management System
• Conduct viewings with prospective tenants
• Handle all leasing enquiries from external agents, direct call-ins and walk-ins
• Provide administrative support to the retail leasing team
• Prepare weekly / monthly reports of leasing activities, tenants sales reports, monthly management reports, arrears management
• Prepare property tax schedule and property tax submission
• Prepare and follow up on lease documents to ensure its completion, update leasing reports and schedules
• Establish and maintain good landlord and tenant relationship
• Perform duty manager role during weekends, and Public holidays on rotation basis

Requirements

• Candidate with 1-2 years relevant experience in shopping mall environment would have an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• A team player, self-motivated and ability to work independently
