Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to enhance and optimize our Salesforce system through strategic design and development. You will be responsible for building, configuring, and integrating applications to align with business processes, ensuring solutions are robust and efficient. With strong problem-solving abilities and relevant Salesforce certifications, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, high-quality projects that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

● Responsible for the development of the system or enhancements through configurations, and if needed, custom development using Apex or Visualforce.

● Conduct technical analysis, design, and configuration for system integrations and customizations.

● Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements.

● Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Mandatory Experience & Certification:

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• Experience in Net Core (C#) and Web API.
• Experience in Entity Framework core.
• Experience in Nextjs, Reactjs, and Nodejs.
• Knowledge in database e.g. Postgres, AWS Redshift.
• Experience working on Cloud native apps (AWS/Azure is preferred) and services such as AWS Lambda, CloudFront, Secret Manager, API Gateway, S3, Cloudwatch.
• Experience working on Container platforms e.g. AWS EKS, Openshift.
• Familiarity with Python.

• Design, implement, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions in theT&O-MOT-LCS domain with the following key responsibilities
• Work closely and communicate effectively and independently with project managers, business analysts, development leads, test engineers, infrastructure engineers and business users
• Participate in the analysis and requirements gathering phase and help to translate requirements into technical solutions that meet client needs and expectations
• Debug issues, fix bugs, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot the application and provide third level support
• Build, package and release software artifacts in an automated way to all environments including production
• Be responsible for the performance, stability, reliability, and security of the application
• Proactively identify efficiency and design improvements to existing systems and processes
• Min 6+ years of technology delivery experience in software development
• Hands on experience in at least one server-side object-oriented programming language
• Experience using source code control systems and branching strategies including with hands on experience branching, merging, and releasing
• Experience with a major relational database system
• Knowledge of data structures, design patterns, architectural styles, and API designs
• Hands-on experience with JAVA (Spring, Springboot) in a Unix/ Linux environment
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL, NoSQL, MariaDB or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI).
• Experience in CI-CD tools like Bitbucket Jenkins, Nexus, JIRA, confluence.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in data ETL pipelines (including reconciliation and quality tools and techniques) an advantage
• Experience working in agile technology teams
• Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing environment
• Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
