Job Description: Junior ERP Functional Consultant

Role Overview: The ERP Functional Consultant serves as a liaison between the technical team and end-users to understand business requirements, configure the ERP ( Supply Logic 365) system accordingly, and ensure smooth implementation. They leverage their expertise in system modules to optimize processes, enhance system functionalities, and drive business efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.

2. ERP Implementation:

• Configure ERP-Supply Logic modules based on business requirements.
• Customize workflows, forms, reports, and interfaces as needed.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Facilitate data migration and integration activities.

3. Training and Support:

• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Address user queries and resolve functional issues in a timely manner.

4. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Stay updated with ERP trends, best practices, and new features.
• Propose and implement optimizations to maximize system utilization and ROI.

5. Documentation:

• Document business processes, configurations, and customizations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation

6. Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Technical and end-users
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and project success.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
