Role Overview

We are looking for a Clinical Application Manager to join our team, supporting a group of Scientists and driving the adoption of intraoperative neuromonitoring services in the market.

The Clinical Application Manager will oversee daily operations of Scientists within a designated geographical region, focusing on team development, strengthening relationships with surgeons and hospitals, and exploring new business opportunities. This includes providing education and training, ensuring smooth execution of services, and managing regional and international activities as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the operational and clinical activities of Scientists in the region.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, anesthetists, and hospital administrators, to promote neuromonitoring services.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, and education to ensure team competency and professional growth.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor to develop strategies that align with organizational goals and support market expansion.
• Represent the team and organization in regional and international forums or meetings as required.

Key Duties

• Apply advanced neuromonitoring techniques such as somatosensory evoked potentials, motor evoked potentials, EEG, EMG, and cranial nerve monitoring to provide real-time insights during surgeries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless operation of equipment during procedures.
• Communicate monitoring strategies and findings effectively with surgeons and anesthetists.
• Maintain detailed documentation and prepare reports to support clinical and legal requirements.
• Manage equipment maintenance, including calibration and repair, and ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of neuromonitoring, neuroanatomy, and related fields.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of supporting and managing teams.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with market trends, resource management, and business development is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical science, medical science, or related disciplines; advanced education in business or marketing is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in neuromonitoring with demonstrated expertise in intraoperative monitoring.

• Manage day to day issues including daily health checks of applications and processes, working closely with end-users, development staff, and Infrastructure teams, to prioritize and resolve and/or mitigate outages.
• Investigate production issues and provide a workaround to the user to move the business forward. And share L2 analysis to the L3 team for further investigation.
• Monitor production activities/processes to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems to internal and external clients, technical resources, and executives.
• Implement continuous process improvement, including but not limited to, policy, procedures, and production monitoring.
• Help in identifying, coordinating, and implementing initiatives/projects and activities that create efficiencies and optimize technical processing
• Develop and maintain relationships with technical staff, end-users, and clients.
• Carefully evaluate alternative risks and solutions before taking action to provide timely resolution.
• Perform Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise for multiple applications across all country on every year.
• Ensure end of day batch process is getting completed successfully for multiple applications across the country on every day.
• Generate a one-time report as per user request/audit request.

Key Requiirementts

• Minimum 8 years of experience working in the Banking IT industry with Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Oracle technologies & Unix. Added advantage if experienced in loan origination application.
• Able to work with a sense of urgency under multiple deadlines and successfully organize and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capable in the prompt incident and problem management provides short term workaround and long term solutions wherever is applicable, in order to maintain system maximum uptime and availability
• Strong in change management control (knowledge in ALDON is preferred), good documentation skills and high problem-solving skills. Strong team player. Flexible and able to coordinate team effectively both in and outside of office hours;

Understanding of ITIL methodology would be highly advantageous
