• Identify opportunities for adopting new tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance IT, SAP, and BI capabilities.
• Identify optimization opportunities, recommend process changes, workflow modifications, and automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in discussions and workshops to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the implementation and post-implementation of new applications.
• Assist in defining test cases and scenarios based on project requirements, and work with vendors or IT teams to ensure the product is thoroughly tested and meets specified criteria.
• Coordinate and support UAT with business users.
• Create detailed requirement documentation when necessary.
• Provide user training as needed, using available training materials and UAT documents.

Other Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company environmental practices.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficient in requirement gathering techniques, documentation, and modeling tools.
• Ability to create clear, concise documentation.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Preferred candidates with experience in ERP systems or the manufacturing industry.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel).
• SAP Functional Module certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
