• Facilitate discussions during the design, construction, and post-construction stage. This includes cross-coordination with aspects such as medical equipment and facilities maintenance.
• Support in leading, planning, organising and coordinating architectural, medical planners, interior design, and MEP requirements and discussions for the hospital.
• Support, track, and ensure project requirements are gathered promptly, including coordination with multiple stakeholders (consultants, employer’s agent, users, contractors, etc.) to meet the overall project timeline.
• Support, coordinate, and manage to ensure users’ requirements are duly captured and resolved, obtaining approvals from users during various design stages, and ensuring that records of discussions are correctly and accurately captured.
• Support and be involved in budgetary planning and control discussions, to ensure that proposed designs are within time and approved budget.
• Work closely with project team members in administrating the project in a structured and compliant manner
• Any other duties assigned for the hospital development.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Architectural, Civil & Structural/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management or related to the building industry.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management experience.
• Candidates with a healthcare background are highly preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities and strategic planning capabilities
• Good analytical skills and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of L3 network engineers, reporting to the Manager.
• Provide L2 & L3 network operations support.
• Respond to incident calls and ensure service level agreements to clients are met.
• Perform changes to network that are in line with organisation’s Change Management processes.
• Ensure compliance to policies, processes and standards from both internal and clients’ organisation.
• Prepare network analysis reports including findings with analysis
• Participate in projects and/or activities to support improvement initiatives.
• Conduct proper handover from project team to operations after commissioning of projects.
• Conduct internal training and/or knowledge transfer to team
• Update operations documentation i.e. technical, CMDB etc.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering/IT or any relevant field
• Must be Cisco CCNP,PMP certified
• Must have hands-on experience in Cisco ACI
• Leadership and management experience handling a team of network engineers
• At least 10 years’ experience providing network operational and administration support for Cisco products i.e routers, switches, WLAN
• Knowledge in network routing, switching technologies and protocols
• Knowledge in network security, load balancing and optimisation technologies
• Experience in network automation via scripting (e.g. Python, Ruby) or tools (e.g. Ansible, Algosec, Chef)
• Experience working with Cisco ACI, Bluecoat Proxy, F5 Load Balancer, Palo Alto, or Checkpoint firewall is preferred
• Able to work extended hours and perform standby duty after office hours when required as per the Project requirement.
