LIMD drives effective SDL collection and grant management to contribute towards the development of a responsive and high-quality CET ecosystem.

What you will be working on

Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and developing business processes to support various incentives programmes, augment operational efficiency and improve service delivery in funding administration.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement effective operational processes relating to funding administration
• Implement business process re-engineering and digitisation initiatives
• Coordinate with business technology to implement system enhancements and support system development projects
• Review workflows, develop SOPs and guidelines in alignment with funding policy implementation plans
• Build and continuously strengthen processes and operational policies to achieve high service standards

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Manager at St Andrew's Nursing Home (Aljunied) in Singapore. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Nurse Manager will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the team of registered and enrolled nurses, nursing aides, healthcare assistants.
• Responsible for compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by Ministry of health (MOH) and Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

To oversee and check the development of all 3D Models created and to co-ordinate with relevant Consultants to ensure all 3D Models produced are aligned with Consultants’ design intent.
