PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Responsible for the reliability and availability of Water Treatment Plants assigned by the Head and ensure sites assigned meet the GHSSE and regulatory requirements.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure plants are maintained to ensure sustainability, and to meet regulatory requirements and/or business quality specifications.
• Responsible for minimizing the impact of site operation to the environment, as well as complying with site-specific regulations, permits and GHSSE requirements.
• Ensure operational risks identified in Risk Register is monitored and mitigation measures in place at all times.

• Degree / Masters in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 10-years’ experience in operation of plant with minimum 5-years in managerial position handling more than 10 staff, including operators.

As a Test Manager, you will be involved from the beginning of our projects. You will be an active member of the project management team of the project that you are working for, and from the very beginning of the project your focus will be on quality, validation of requirements, and commissioning strategy.
