Role Purpose (Why do we need this role?)

The Change Enablement Manager ensures the consistent application of best practice Change Management activities across Programme Management, Business Excellence, Technology and beyond, to drive the realisation of the organisation’s strategic objectives. Change Leadership

• Take direct responsibility for the Change Management of a small number specific complex or challenging transformation projects, at the request of management
• Such situations will require the Change Enablement Manager to demonstrate best practice for Change Management
• The role must be able to demonstrate leadership by constructively engaging with senior leaders to change mindsets and achieve the necessary shifts in perspectives, whilst maintaining rapport.

Training & Community of Practice

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications
