• Volunteer Management: Manage the team in volunteer management to enable outreach programs to be executed smoothly

• Resource Management: Identify funding opportunities, prepare grant applications, and manage budgets for community programs.

• Team Management: Manage a team to engage the community and drive attainment of KPIs required by our key stakeholders.

• Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and analyze data on community needs and program outcomes, preparing reports to share with stakeholders and guide future initiatives.

• Communication: Develop and disseminate promotional materials, newsletters, and social media content to keep the community informed and engaged.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Community Development, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field preferred

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in community development, social services, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse populations.
• Experience in program management and evaluation.
• Knowledge of community resources, local government structures, and funding opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with community engagement platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and team management skills
