About the Role

Within an Agile framework, our team provides testing as a service to various squads within a banking and finance domain Agile Release Train. This role ensures the seamless transition of new features and applications into the production environment. We are looking for a new team member to enhance our testing capabilities and collaborate effectively with squads.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with squads to develop effective test strategies and plans.
• Review and analyze user stories with a focus on testing and testability.
• Execute test cases, document results, and report defects in an audit-compliant manner.
• Support squads in troubleshooting and resolving defects during the development process.
• Develop and improve test automation processes, working with fellow test engineers.
• Provide continuous feedback by reporting defects and issues to the squads.
• Ensure quality throughout the change process by working closely with the squads.

Must Have

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester, preferably within the financial industry.
