This will be a sole contributor role. As the Senior Engineer of Workplace Safety and Health, you are responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing company's employee safety at work. Your main duty is to ensure that the company complies and adheres to WSHE LEGISLATION AND REGULATIONS (WSH ACT).

Responsibilities

1. Identifying and recommending best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.

2. Assess the company’s HSSE Management System to identify any deviation, weakness or significant change in organization, risk control measures and provide recommendation for improvement.

3. Conduct or coordinate In-House Training Program, Safety Promotions or other safety-related activities for all Staff.

4. Perform safety audits and inspection and to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.

5. Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures.

6. Assist in maintaining certifications such as ISO, Bizsafe certificates.

7.Conduct weekly 5S inspection and prepare reports.

8.Update and manage all Risk Assessment documentation.

9. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

1. Must have minimum 3 years experience in safety within a manufacturing environment.

2. Relevant and related Diploma.

3. Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment).

4. Able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform basic and advanced machine electrical wiring works

- Develop electrical testing jigs and perform testing and validation of machines

- Lead the production team to strictly adhere to production schedule and same time improving the manufacturing process to improve quality, cost, and productivity.

- Creates, implements, and monitors KPI indicators on product quality and section capability

- Provide shop floor feedback to Production Engineering and D&D Department

- Assist the Production Manager to provide quality, cost effective and efficient support for launching of new machine models

- Perform machine pre & post machine power ON inspection checks, machine parameter settings, testing and inspection according to standard

- Able to troubleshoot and resolve machine electrical non conformance

- Perform machine final electrical inspection and adjustments for any defects to maintain high level of quality

- Prepare reports on productivity, quality, claims, etc

- Work with engineering and other departments to improve assembly processes

- Monitor the serviceability of measuring electrical instruments or jigs and fixtures and reporting to Supervisor or Manager any non-compliance condition

- Maintain accurate records of inspection result at each electrical process

Job Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma (Electrical)

- 2-3years working in a machine assembly environment

- A good track record of supporting the department achieving KPI

- Strong understanding of 5S and HSE knowledge

- Able to work effectively in a fast and ever-changing stressful environment

- Maintain good Quality standards, 5S and safety discipline

- Well verse in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)

- Knowledge of drawing software (Solidworks, Unigraphic, etc) is added advantage

• Manage Day to day operations Infrastructure on Microsoft Platform - AD, GPO, WSUS, Netbackup and Vmware etc
• Manage monitoring infra using SolarWinds for all VMs and OS services.

• Strong Working knowledge on VMWare Cluster, Storage LUNs creation.
• Working Knowledge monitoring tools like SolarWinds, for day-day monitoring and incident resolution.
• Knowledge on CyberArk PIM process.
• Preferably possess patch management experience for Linux/Unix systems and patch automation experience.
• Preferably VMWare Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified System Administrator or equivalent.
• Preferably have experience in an enterprise organisation, managing more than 1000 systems.

• Manage and communicate with internal/external project teams including relevant Authorities and relevant parties about engineering works and project schedule to comply with all project requirements with agreed procedures.
• Prepare submission reports, specifications and other necessary documents for approval and application to meets both Client and legislations requirements and specifications.
• Responsible for planning and forecasting of budgets and timelines to assure that the project is accurately completed to schedule.
• Identify, analyze and evaluate problems encountered and propose the effective solution approach.
• Any other duties as assigned assigned by immediate superior or Head of department.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or other related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Words, Excels and Outlook
• Minimum 6 years working experiences in building construction
• Proficient with AutoCAD and other drafting softwares
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
