The BMS Engineer deployed on site is required to perform planned and ad-hoc maintenance works including supervise the Technicians and Contractors in carrying out the works in specific projects. We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support our cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCC Cloud. This role is essential for ensuring high availability, performance, and security across our cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud operations, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), disaster recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCC Cloud, ensuring optimal availability, performance, and security.

• Oversee and troubleshoot critical issues within cloud environments, providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support as needed.

• Oversee the product quality from assembly to packaging process and ensure full compliance to the Quality System and regulation requirements.
• Champion data-driven decisions to resolve non-conformances, complaint investigation, CAPA, deviation and other quality matters in a timely manner.
• Interfaces with R&D, unit quality, customer quality engineer to formulate plans and actions to meet product specifications and quality requirements
