• Responsible for the quality inspection of the bridge structure.
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission.
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
• Ensure all legal requirements under Singapore laws are compiled and ensure all standard operating procedures comply with specifications quality standards statutory and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/relevant studied recognized by PE Board, BCA or IES registered Resident Engineer (RE).
• Minimum 5 years’ working experiences in marine sector.
• Familiar with costing, contract, regulations and building operations.
• Oversee all site projects operations, functions, and requirements.
• Able to handle AutoCAD or relevant drawings submission.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, M.S. Project, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, plans, and handles testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for BMS on project plan, specifications, and contract documents.
• Analyses plans, specifications, and contract to determine project requirements.
• Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required. Maintains current design documents throughout project duration.
• Prepares engineering re-estimate reports and minimizes report variances.
• Perform testing & commissioning of BMS.
• HVAC experience and sequence of preparation for BMS
• Experience in BMS technical submittals preparation, method of statement, compliance statement and OMM.
• Experience in IO point schedules, assignments and materials selection with value engineering
• With logical knowledge in ACMV & HVAC system control logic.
• Network and MS office & project background knowledge is a must.
• Be aware of all kinds of risks and their controls in your work environment.
• Be a part of site EHS inspections, hazard/ risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
• Immediately inform the site EHS officer/site manager of any additional EHS risks.
  Stop the work if any unsafe conditions are identified.
• Project management skill required.

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate site installation works with in-house supervisor and foremen to ensure the project schedule is met
• Attending site coordinate meetings with main-con, consultants and other contractors
• Hands-on and technical assistance for ACMV system installation and troubleshooting on site
• Prepare material requisition for all ACMV equipment and materials
• Prepare work programme for ACMV works with material delivery and installation activities in accordance with the project programme
• Analyse, manage and track project costs against budget
• Carry out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC
• Handover of completed work activities with as built drawings and O&MM to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards
• Participate in in-house engineering design works of ACMV system, including detailed design, heat load calculation, shop drawings, hydraulic calculation, duct/pipe sizing, equipment selection, etc
• Review 3D BIM model and ensure correct the installation details, compliance with design specifications and guidelines
• Participate in liaison with ACMV suppliers for quotation, carry out equipment selection, technical and commercial evaluation
• Prepare material submittals for ACMV system to the Consultant for approval
• Coordinate with project schedule in organizing Purchase Order, arrange timely delivery of all ACMV equipment and materials
• Participate in tender preparation for new projects

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry, preferable in handling ACMV works
• Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Experience and relevant knowledge in ACMV calculations including heat load, pump size, air flow rate, chilled water system performance, chiller sizing and configuration, fan sizing and more Project Management
• Tender Bidding and Project cost Analytical and Critical Thinking
• Proactive and willing to learn and take on new challenges
• QP/PE, Green Mark manager or other BCA/SCDF/PUB authority certification is an advantage

Responsibilities

· To optimize airside equipment selection in order to minimize the cost and enhance winning probability for project tender

· To respond to customers in timely manner on changes in project tender requirement

· To process PO, SO, MSR, etc. into the system

· To enter order to factory with accuracy

· To ensure delivery schedule meets customer’s requirement to align with the sales forecast

· Any other duties as assigned from time to time

· Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards
