Role Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Network Professional to oversee our Group network infrastructure across Asia. As Regional Network Lead, you will lead strategic regional initiatives and ensure the operational excellence of client’s network infrastructure, guaranteeing secure, high-performing connectivity that empowers our Maisons and drives business growth. This critical role oversees the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our network systems across the region, collaborating closely with global and regional IT and security teams, our partners and our Maisons.

Main Responsibilities

APAC Shared Offices Network:

• Responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of the network infrastructure supporting client’s Shared Offices across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with client Central's network designs, strategy, and policies.
• Serve as the primary and on-site (Singapore) support contact for operations teams, Maisons, and subsidiaries integrating with or currently using Shared Office network resources.
• Lead and contribute to strategic regional network initiatives, using an analytical approach to identify opportunities for group-level efficiencies and cost optimization for Maisons.
• Proactively work with Operations teams to review network performance, analyze network events and security incidents, and implement preventative measures to address bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and security risks.
• Manage network inventories, proactively maintain warranties and maintenance schedules for critical network equipment, and implement and maintain necessary security measures in collaboration with global and regional security teams.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, operational procedures, change management processes, and disaster recovery plans.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Group Network Blueprints, providing APAC-specific context and repeatable solutions for regional Maisons.
• Accountable for the full lifecycle of regional network projects, from developing business cases and performing implementations to transitioning solutions to operations.
• This includes hands-on involvement in device deployments, configurations, and patching within office environments.
• Implementing and supporting the deployment of enterprise-level network solutions, including firewalls (Meraki MX, FortiGate, Palo Alto Networks), switches (Meraki, Cisco, Huawei), wireless access points (Meraki, Cisco, Huawei), and other necessary network devices.

Support for client’s Network Central:

• Oversee P1/P2 network troubleshooting efforts, guiding operations members and Maisons’ peers, and leading root cause analysis of complex issues, primarily for the Singapore Telco node (data centers) but potentially extending to other Asia Telco Nodes and globally.
• Manage incident and change support, on-site operations (including device installations and cabling), troubleshooting, and governance activities within the Singapore Telco Node (data centers) on behalf of the Network Central team.
• Proactively notify and serve as the primary technical contact for regional Maisons to clarify the impacts of planned changes in client’s Shared environments.
• Manage network-related projects for the Singapore Telco Node, deploying hardware, patching, preparing configurations, and collaborating with vendors and central teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Effectively collaborate with technology partners, vendors, Maisons, and Central IT teams to enforce governance, deliver timely and successful project outcomes, and maintain seamless network operations.
• Organize network communities across the region to promote the sharing of solutions and best practices and capture new topics for Central’s attention.
• Ensure that Network Central standards are known, enforced, and used regionally by Maisons.
• Establish and maintain detailed network documentation, inventories, change management procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• Over 10 years of extensive network administration and implementation experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.), network security concepts, and firewall technologies (Cisco/Huawei Routers, Switches, Meraki MX/MS, FortiGate, Palo Alto Networks).
• Prior experience handling network deployments and planning in office and data center environments is must.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex network outages quickly.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with presentation skills, effective in both technical and non-technical settings.
• Experience working in a multinational environment with complex organizations and across various teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and constant service improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead P1/P2 incident response and resolution.
• Experience with Meraki solutions (SD-WAN, Wireless, and LAN). (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• The 1st Level Remote Support is required to provide 1st level troubleshooting to users queries/incidents received (regardless of source; in a professional and timely manner)
• Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email.
• Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.
• Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.
• Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level
• Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.
• Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.
• Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.

Requirements:

• Min Higher Nitec in any discipline
• Min1 year End user support experience, Desktop or Technical Service Desk.
• Knowledge in Windows OS, Active Directory Account Administration, MS Outlook, mobile devices support.

Our client provides solutions from industries like pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automotive, electrical, industrial, and consumer goods.

• Assemble, troubleshoot, and install stations, ensuring correct pre-alignment and machine performance with support from the Manufacturing Manager.
• Deliver technical training to customers on hardware, pneumatics, setup, and maintenance processes.
• Assist with installations at customer sites and create project documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers to meet deadlines, budgets, and share technical challenges.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in the automation or machine building industry.
• Familiar with project documentation and preparing manufacturing documents.

Project Engineer
Working hours: 5.5 days (8am – 6pm)
Salary: $3500 - $5000 (Depends experiences)
Location: Island-wide (Depends Project Location)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued.
• Prepare method of statement and work procedure
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work
• Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulation are complied
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
• Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.

Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Able to manage project with minimal supervision;
• Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with clients or consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, project meetings and internal project closure meeting;
• Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established; and implement risk control measures;

Job Description

Requirement
