You will be part of regional enterprise Wintel team of a large financial institution. You will be managing day to day support , troubleshooting, maintenance of wintel servers, Exchange, O365, print services, voice infrastructure

Job Responsibilities

• Managing the availability, integrity, and performance of infrastructure environment (servers, Ms Exchange, M365, voice)
• Providing level 2 support on servers, and infrastructure
• Applying systems updates and patches
• Ensuring high availbility of all infrastructure services and constantly monitoring the servers
• participate in systems audit
• Ensuring compliance to standards, policies and procedures
• Identifying, tracking and resolving problems related to Windows server, VMware, Ms Eschange environment with application groups, internal and external IT providers
• Ensuring servers are secure and carrying out systems automation
• Managing cluster environment
• Providing support in Vmware and AD

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT with min. 5 years of working experience in enterprise Windows servers environment

• Comes with certification in Microsoft Wintel servers

• Proven experience in supporting Wintel servers, AD, DNS and cluster environment in enterprise environment

• Strong technical skills and proven expertise in troubleshooting

• Experience in supporting vmware, Ms Exchange, zoom or ms teams, voice infrastructure

• Experience working in ITIL is a plus

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the development of deep learning and operations research models and related intelligent systems for the supply chain and logistics of the global E-Commerce business.

- Utilize e-commerce big data and deep learning models to predict end-to-end estimated time of arrival (ETA), and some logistics events such as failed delivery, delivered but not received to enhance the user logistics experience. Build logistics network knowledge graphs and predict the spatio-temporal trajectory sequence of express packages through deep learning, statistical inference and other algorithmic methods. Use NLP and LLM algorithms to handle address problems such as address verification and address suggestion.

- Utilize time series forecasting techniques to predict sales at different granularities and horizons, such as warehouse-level manpower forecasting, inventory-level demand forecasting etc. We need strong machine learning and deep learning skills to detect important factors and model the relationship between the future and history.

- Participate in the growth of e-commerce merchants/creators, responsible for the growth algorithm of e-commerce merchants/creators, including potential merchants/creators mining algorithm, tiering algorithm, out-reach algorithm, growth algorithm, etc. Work closely with e-commerce merchants/creators related operations and product teams to achieve the high-quality growth goal of e-commerce merchants/creators.

As a Software Engineer

• Work with cross-functional teams which consists of Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, User Experience Designers and Product Owners to deliver technical solutions.
• Drive adoption of relevant, up-to-date technologies, practices and tools in modern software development lifecycle
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Review and Retrospective
• Participate in regular tech-sharing and solutioning sessions.
• Write code that is clean and maintainable.
• Practice code reviews
• Working in highly collaborative teams and building quality environments.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment
• Able to work independently with little supervision or guidance.

What we are looking for:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Experience in modern web applications development using ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript and Kotlin/Java
• Experience in development of CI/CD pipeline and applications deployment using cloud services such as AWS
• Experience in database migration will be an added advantage
• Working experience in an Agile/SCRUM setup will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
