Job Description:

• Involve in Site Management.
• Heading a team of site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate works, liaise with clients and consultants. Ensure overall construction progress base on schedule.
• Enforcement of quality control and safe management control.
• Keeping site staff and subcontractors informed on approved materials & latest drawings.
• Coordination of different trades on site.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge in residential & commercial building installation works.
• Knowledge in design skills and usage of AutoCAD/ Revit will have added advantage.
• Those familiar with HDB projects will have added advantage.
• Applicants without relevant qualification must have minimum 2 years' experience in similar capacity.
• Training provided for fresh graduates with no experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies

• Interfaces with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and/or new products

• Launches, releases, approves and implements or issues engineering change requests as required to support design engineering and Operations with new and existing products

• Uses basic engineering and DFx principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing and/or product costs and improve delivered product quality; determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements

• Writes and releases test procedures

• Gathers operational and test data and evaluates results

• Evaluates work methods, procedures and policies

• Assists in determining root cause analysis for issues that arise during assembly and/or test of systems

Qualifications:

· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

· Above 8 years’ experience in tooling engineering with a strong background in rubber and plastic component parts manufacturing.

· Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Creo Parametric / UG / NX tools.

· Extensive experience as a mold maker in the rubber and plastic manufacturing industry.

· Knowledge and experience in conducting cost-effective mold tooling reviews and studies.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-cultural settings.
