The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, responsible for the administration and support of network security, routing mechanisms, and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama in the GCC+ region, ensuring the network security infrastructure remains robust and secure.
• Conduct firmware upgrades of Palo Alto firewalls to address vulnerabilities and improve network security performance.
• Regularly review firewall rules and hardening to assess and enhance security posture.
• Administer and manage AWS networking components including Route Tables,Subnets,Security Groups, and other VPC configurations.
• Ensure the operational integrity of the cloud network infrastructure through continuous monitoring and maintenance based on change management protocols.
• Monitor security alerts and network threats in GCC+ and proactively mitigate any risks.
• Manage incident resolution by raising support tickets to vendors such as Microsoft and Palo Alto Networks to resolve network-related issues.
• Generate monthly reports covering firewall health, network security threats, and asset inventory for internal review.
• Provide regular updates and documentation on network security configurations, ensuring proper alignment with organizational policies.
• Utilize Terraform for the automation of cloud infrastructure deployment, configuration management, and security policy implementation in AWS environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and Panorama in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (VPC, route tables, subnets, security groups, etc.).
• Strong experience in network routing mechanisms and security operations.
• Working knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Certification in Network Cloud Products (such as AWS certifications, Palo Alto certifications, etc.) is a plus.
