6 PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS

6.1 The Contractor’s support personnel managing the servers must be trained and minimally be proficient in the following areas:

• Ensure generation and management of support tickets according to SLA requirements
• Schedule and run periodic maintenance for network infrastructure at the data centre

• Perform Change Request, Service Request as assigned by team lead according to the SLA.
• Managing of Cisco Routers and Switches and perform firmware patching on network equipment.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent, although
consideration will be given to experience and certifications in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a network engineer within the operations
environment.

• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement design enhancements that improve product quality and streamline manufacturability.
• Coordinate investment audits with cross-functional teams, conduct regular physical asset inspections, and assist with annual inventory checks as needed.

Requirement

• Min Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineer or a related field
• Min 4 years in EMS - Electronic device assembly
• Good understanding in overall supply chain, manufacturing technology, process set-up, process validation and SOP support
• Knowledge and experience in manufacturing, planning, quality, SAP, PLM

As a member of the HIG HBM Media Health HVM team you will lead and develop a high-performing products driving Media Health Manufacturing and activities within the HBM Product and Systems Engineering Team. You will lead a portfolio of Best-In-Class Next Generation HBM Product focused on the critical KPI’s Quality, Cost, Cycle Time and Scale.
