As a Full-stack Engineer at Ordinary Folk, you’ll help to:

What we’re looking for from you

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript/Typescript
• Proficiency with React for client-side development and Node.js for backend development
• Experience with relational database (e.g. PostgreSQL)
• Experience in production development of RESTful APIs
• eCommerce experience. You have experience building eCommerce platforms (e.g. customer
• management, transactions, order, invoicing) and have the requisite skills to meet the technical demands.

• Site Supervision:Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure progress matches project schedules.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Site co-ordination, monitoring and report work progress is within the schedules
• Project planning, site investigation, preliminary design, Drawing, quantities for accuracy, and cost estimation on electrical works
• Ensure that contractors are working in the required work areas, locations and elevations and that work sequence and interfaces with other contractors are both coordinated and planned to provide continuous working to meet contract schedules.
• Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner
• Supervise the site and liaise with the sub-cons
• Ensure compliance of quality standards in CAD / drawings.
• Redesign drawings accordingly to mark-ups and specifications
• Review drawings for completeness and accuracy.
• Create and implement work methodologies and strategies.
• Documentation and update all drawings

Requirements

• Knowledge of technical/engineering documents.
• Proficiency in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications experience; Proven experience in the construction industry as a BIM Modeller and AutoCAD Drafter.
• Experience in preparing technical/engineering documentation.
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Certificate in BIM modelling course and AutoCAD
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and / or Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project
• Liaise with consultants and /or sub-contractors on the project matters
• Attend meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-cons on the project related matters
• Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution
• Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection and to ensure that the works were executed to the required quality standard
• Update the project quality plan as and when appropriate
• Assist Project Manager on the tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Seior Executive Specialized in Engineering- Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Responsibilities

· Understand customer demands, challenges, and objectives through assessments, information gathering and Customers, technology/industrial engagements

· Collaboration with sales & business development, product & engineering stakeholders including analyse and selection of appropriate hardware, software, and services to create the winning solution offering to customer and markets

· Developing detailed proposals, presentations, and technical documentation that outline the proposed solutions, including features, benefits, and pricing. Presenting these proposals to customers in a clear and compelling manner

· Preparation and conduct of product and solution exhibitions, demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities to showcase the capabilities and address any technical questions or concerns from customers

· Providing technical expertise and support to business development & sales team throughout the sales cycle, including participating in customer meetings, responding to technical queries, and contributing to the development of sales strategies

· Building and maintaining relationships with technology vendors and partners to stay informed about the latest products, technologies, and industry trends. This includes evaluating new solutions and incorporating them into proposed designs

Requirements

· Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communications Engineering

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Communications/Telecommunications/Infosystems Solutions Engineering and Implementations, supporting as a Pre-Sales capacity

The role of the Principal Engineer is to assist the Head of MRO in planning and supervise MRO engineer. This role also needs to ensure and adherence to safety regulations, industry standards and trade compliance activities is carried out.

Primary Duties:

Reporting to Head of MRO, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Assist the MRO Head in planning and executing MRO strategies, ensuring all activities align with organizational goals.
• Supervise MRO engineers, providing guidance and support to foster a high-performance culture within the team.
• Coordinate and liaise with customers on any MRO related matters.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies throughout MRO operations.
• Assist in the development and management of the MRO budget, tracking expenditure and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze maintenance metrics and performance indicators to inform decision-making and improve reliability of equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely availability of parts and services needed for maintenance activities.
• Support the training and development of MRO staff to enhance skills and knowledge in maintenance practices.
• Ensure adherence to all domestic and international trade regulations, including customs laws, export controls, and sanctions.
• Perform regular audits of trade activities and transactions and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
