You will be at the forefront of ensuring the highest quality standards in our procurement, production, and distribution processes. With a proven track record of extensive SAP experience, specifically in SAP MM, O9, and Scope applications, you will develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing thorough and comprehensive test script coverage, monitoring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will be instrumental in analyzing supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, you will be responsible for building Test Automation, conducting risk assessments, managing quality risks, and driving business for sign-off. As a key player in our organization, you will provide training and support to business, mentor junior quality engineers, create and maintain documentation, and prepare reports on quality performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position involves a combination of technical expertise, project management, to support and drive sales. Acts as a crucial link between the technical and commercial aspects of projects, the Project Proposal Engineer ensures customer satisfaction and successful handover to the Project Execution team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborative Sales Approach

 Partner closely with all stakeholders to serve customers effectively and meet team sales targets.

Proposal & Quotation Preparation

 Analyze requests for proposals to understand project scope, technical requirements and customer expectations.

 Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies in proposals.

Customer Engagement and Technical Assistance

 Handle inquiries via various communication channels, provide technical assistance and advice, follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, close orders, and maintain customer relationships.

Cross-Department Coordination

 Work with Sales teams, Service, Finance and Supply Chain departments to gather necessary input for quotations and proposals.

Additional Responsibilities

 Perform any other tasks required by the Company to support its business strategy.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

 Diploma or Degree in Control/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

 At least 3 years’ experience in Instrumentation and Automation/Control Engineering

 Relevant Technical knowledge (Would be an advantage)

 Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.

 Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Working hours: Part-time

3~4 days 8hrs/day, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and maintain on-site data center physical infrastructure.
• Install, replace, and troubleshoot cables and hardware.
• Handle data-bearing devices (e.g., hard drives, SSDs).
• Work within a ticket-based environment.
• Move equipment using pallet jacks or lifting tools.
• Assist the Data Centre Inventory and Asset Management Team (DIAT) with shipping, receiving, and inventory management as needed.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education / Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 year of IT support experience (Fresh graduates with a good attitude will be considered).

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
• 6+ months experience handling technical equipment or machinery.
• 1+ years of IT equipment support experience.
• Relevant certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC).
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and work at heights with or without equipment assistance.
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.

• Perform scheduled plant inspection according to maintenance regime as well as ensuring that our gas plant, auxiliaries and common systems are maintained according to SOPs, and in compliance with regulations and requirements and in a safe manner.
• Coordination of all Mechanical Maintenance programmes (PM & CM)
• Manage and optimize all planned plant/equipment maintenance activities during minor and major overhauls and inspections.
• sponsible for the functional tests and analyse the failures related to mechanical systems and components and recommends corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence. Troubleshooting of faults/defects issues & carry out failure analysis.
• · Study, evaluate and implement plant improvement projects to enhance overall plant reliability, availability and performance
• Execute approved plant improvement works
• Supervision of maintenance contract works and prepare work procedures for all maintenance activities
• Prepare technical specifications for equipment parts and work services. Manage the procurement of parts and services to meet the maintenance needs

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 8 years in mechanical maintenance
• Experience in power plant or related process plant experience
• Leadership experience will be a plus
