• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.

• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).

• Spearhead cost estimation for bids of CLIENT’S-AP Singapore. Coordinate with the various vendors as well as construction sub-contractors and assist to achieve the best price for works & materials.
• Collate techno-commercial information from all disciplines including process / mechanical / structural / piping, E&I etc.
• Assist in preparing relevant documents for bid price approval from Senior Management.
• Interact with project engineers and discipline managers based on the project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain cost database for multiple disciplines.
• Participate in risk analysis and estimate the cost for each risk ategory for various bids & projects.
• Assist in the preparation of the Cost Reports of various projects and update forecast cost & actual progress.
• Keep data and records for various projects, its estimated cost, actual cost, vendor & construction cost etc, for further analysis and inhouse estimates.
• Any other duties as assigned by Group Manager such as Project Planning & scheduling assistance etc.
• Cost Engineer need to collect various data from each engineering discipline, project manager, accounts, and procurement to prepare cost report which is required every month. Need to coordinate with BU managers for reports and assist Group Manager in presenting the same to the senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Accountancy or Construction Management preferred or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Fresh graduates or with 1 or 2 years of experience
• Ability to work well as an integral part of a large Project Team that includes all Engineering disciplines.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks / projects.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals both inside and outside the organisation (if required)
• MS office especially MS Excel for preparing cost reports

Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Define and Document Equipment process requirement and specification.
• Perform Process characterization to optimize critical process paths in order to meet equipment specification.
• Review, simplify and optimize Internal Buy Off specification for equipment together with Quality Assurance Department.
• Participate in continuous process improvement activities to enhance Equipment capability.
• Support Equipment manufacturing activities by helping to trouble-shoot and resolve process-related issues
• Support other internal departments to handle customers’ process related issues and recommend technical solutions
• Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and conduct process capability studies
• Transfer process knowledge to in house Engineers and Technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Equipment UPH projection calculation base on specific process parameter.

Requirements:

• Degree in Production / Mechanical / Material Science Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in an equipment manufacturing environment with a process engineering and background
• Strong interest in the development of new manufacturing processes
• Experience in process design and control in the area of laser marking process.
• Knowledge in Material Science will be added advantage.
• Knowledge in cycle time calculation.
• Trained in SPC, DOE and other statistical tools

Service Engineer

Job description

1. Perform the maintenance service in a proper and correct manner as stated on the checklist

2. Attend emergency breakdown service as instructed by the team leader

3. Carry out testing & commissioning for A&A work and run the small size of project

4. Provide technical support to the Application Team

5. Co-ordinate with the Project and Application departments and provide necessary support when required by the Team Leader

6. Support the systems testing related activities with the Project and Application Teams

7. Liaise with sub-contractor to perform site survey for A&A work and to provide detailed information on equipment quantity and method for the installation to the relevant parties for preparation of quotation

8. Deliver good standard of workmanship and ensure accurate quantity and quality of the equipment to be installed at site

9. Conduct in-house training when is required

10. Perform standby duty and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 2 years’ experience in security systems
• Strong knowledge in network and security systems, able to troubleshoot and rectify the network and systems related issues.

Remuneration:

• $2,500.00 - $3,600.00 per month
