• A proven track record in high-end hospitality environments with 3+ years of front office management experience.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with an eye for detail and process improvement.
• International experience in luxury hospitality is preferred, bringing a global and culturally attuned perspective.
• Familiarity with Opera / Opera Cloud and proficiency in process management tools.
• Ability to speak Hindi is a plus, enhancing connections with our diverse clientele.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

Office Cleaner

Aleph Labs is looking for an office cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our office in a clean and orderly condition and create a happy positive environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points. Sweeping floors with broom.
2. Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
3. To dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, window sills, external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves and fittings.
4. To replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) if required.
5. To clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks.
6. Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
7. Cleaning of white boards
8. Washing mugs and other stuff in pantry area
9. Offering water and snacks to our client
10. Preparing and serving snacks to our internal employees

Requirements :

1. General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
2. Able to follow verbal directions
3. Ability to work well alone
4. Reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job and duties
5. Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines
6. Excellent time management skills
7. Pays attention to detail when cleaning
8. Organized and able to follow a schedule
9. Previous experience cleaning preferred
10. Cheerful and friendly personality

Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9:30 am to 5:30 pm)

• Manual eyeball that records in systems generated report tallies with hardcopy application records

• Checking of form received against database

• Archiving of Forms

• Checking of reports

• Any other adhoc duties as required by supervisor

Requirements

• Possess at least a Nitec / GCE O Levels
• Able to commit to a 1 year contract
