Job Responsibilities

• Advanced clinical, supervisory, and administrative responsibilities include:
  Provide leadership, supervision to a team of social workers, caseworkers or other support staff
• Oversee complex cases, ensuring that appropriate interventions and services are provided, and conduct assessments and develop comprehensive care plans
• Collaborate with other professionals, agencies, and community organizations to enhance the delivery of social services
• Work to influence policies and practices that impact the well-being of the residents, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures within the organization
• Provide training sessions and workshops for staff and stay updated on relevant research and best practices in social work
• Handle administrative tasks related to programme management, such as budgeting, reporting, and compliance with regulations
• Respond to crises and emergencies, providing immediate support and intervention when necessary

Job Requirements

• Degree in Social Work
• 3 years of direct practice, 1 year of supervisory role
• Willing to perform shift work in accordance with the Duty Roster

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas and employee lounge.
• Responsible for removing trash in office areas and employee lounge.
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms.
• Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed

• Pleasant personality with positive work attitude
• Commit twice a week, 7.30am to 5.30pm.
