Job Scope

• Day Centre-based nursing
• Assist SN to Implement nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan and carry out nursing procedures according to the care needs of the client.
• Nursing Care in the centre
• Provide nursing assessment for new clients and regular review of assessment
• Co-ordinate with other team members and updating them of the changes in the client’s condition and needs
• Prepare clinical documentation, monitor outcomes of services and perform escalation of cases if there is need for more acute management of clients
• Assist SN to provide ongoing support and education to the caregiver, client and family
• Assist SN to provide supervision to Nursing aides and Healthcare assistant when they are performing nursing care duties
• Facilitate activities that contribute towards the improvement of the quality of client care and support care integration
• To be conversant with all emergency procedures.
• To assist SN to conduct clinical audits and feedback to the management.
• To liaise effectively with other departments and services, such as the clinics and hospital wards
• To assist SN in inventory check and control
• Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Valid SNB and BCLS
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ nursing work experience in clinical area such as acute inpatient or community hospital.
• Good knowledge of the health care environment and service processes is important. Experience in community care provision is an advantage.
• Integrity, highly motivated, a team leader and able to maintain good interpersonal relationships, in collaboration with various partners in the healthcare system

Responsibilities:

• Replacement of consumables, as needed at each device location and ensuing that adequate consumables are available at the site.
• Clearing paper jams, perform basic device cleaning and replacement of parts.
• Assisting customer with an overview of the device functionality.
• Coordination with vendor regarding device and vendor branded software support service calls.
• Reporting of any occurrence of customer dissatisfaction to the manager
• Assisting in the collection of usage reports for device when required.
• Providing initial troubleshooting for device problems or put spare devices into services as directed by the reporting manager
• Perform preventative maintenance of devices as directed
• Provide end-user training.
• Travel to various location throughout Singapore.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in any field
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations while ensuring customer needs are met
• Ability to rapidly acquire a thorough understanding of device operation and default setup, allowing you to troubleshoot problems
• Strong communication and team-work skills.
• Ability to be pro-active with your workload.
• Well presented, polite and punctual,
• This is highly autonomous role, so being self-motivated and being able to show initiative is essential.
• Some related technical job experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome visitors, tenants, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with inquiries, provide information on building facilities, services, and amenities.
• Manage access control systems, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the building.

Tenant and Visitor Assistance:

• Effectively handle a wide range of concierge requests and enquiries
• Assist with issuing building access cards, parking permits, or other necessary documents.

Administrative Support:

• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, tenant directories, and contact information.
• Coordinate with building management and maintenance teams for repairs, cleaning, or other required services.
• Manage helpdesk portal/ app and emails.

Security and Safety:

• Monitor security system such as access control systems and visitor management systems to ensure the building's security.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly, following established protocols and procedures.
• Report security incidents, suspicious activities, or safety hazards to management team.

Communication and Professionalism:

• Maintain effective communication with tenants, employees, contractors, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide clear and concise information on building policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Performance Indicators:

• Successful completion of scheduled activities.
• Achieve KPIs.
• Ensure that a high level of professionalism and customer service are always maintained.
• Client and tenant’s customer satisfaction.
• Meet standards and audit requirements.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in hospitality management, customer service, or related fields are desirable.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred, or previous experience in premium office environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple requests and priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency in computer systems, building portal, app, email, and other standard office tools.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Security awareness and familiarity with emergency protocols.
