• Working Location: Woodlands Civic Centre
• Hourly Rate: $11.50 per hour
• Able to commit immediately till end February 2024 (Subject to monthly extension)
• Mon - Fri Office Hours (No work required on weekends and PH)

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their enquiries on schemes and services of the company
• NO SALES INVOLVED
• Training will be provided

Requirements:

• GCE ”O” Level and above
• Prior Customer Service experience in the service industry will be advantageous
• Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
• Excellent team player who is task-orientated
• Possess Good Customer Service Skills
