• Assist in conducting interviews with applicants/family members/character referees and undertaking homevisits, with close support from your supervisor;
• Contribute meaningfully to multi-disciplinary case discussions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Social Sciences
• Have strong communications, listening, coordination, interpersonal and people management skills to effectively engage clients and internal/external stakeholders
• Able to work calmly in highly stressful situations and environment;
• Have good physical endurance and high level of emotional resilience;
• Good engagement, assessment, problem solving and multi-tasking skills;
• Good analytical and critical thinking abilities
