Job Description

• Conduct daily administrative tasks including processing paperwork for shipping and receiving, and managing inventory records.
• Use warehouse management system software to ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and other departments to facilitate smooth operation and communication.
• Assist in scheduling and monitoring of delivery timelines to ensure efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, and other logistics-related data.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies.
• Provide support in inventory audits and implement corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of warehouse layout optimization to ensure efficient space utilization.

Job Requirement

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and MS Office suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
