Key Responsibilities

• Perform general office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
• Assist with handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails
• Provide support in managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
• Help coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
• Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
• Support the finance team with basic accounting tasks
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Build and Upgrade of Red Hat Linux/ Windows Operating Systems to latest.
  • Installation/Configuration/Upgrade of Servers.
  • Study the Servers Inventory and assess to qualify for OS Upgrade.
  • Perform the preparation work required for OS Upgrade.
  • Proactively resolve the issues leading up to Upgrade Window.
  • Perform the OS Upgrade activities including Patching, Hardening, rollback (if needed).
  • Preventive/Proactive Support.
  • Incident/Change/Problem Management.
  • Support for post-build activities like Hardening, detailed verification.
• Other IT Infrastructure Related Tasks.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise (Mid to Expert Level):

• Bachelor’s in Information technology or equivalent.
• Having 8+ years of extensive experience in Red Hat nterprise Linux 6.x/7.x/8.x/9.x Administration/ Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019.
• Must Have: Intensive experience in Build/Upgrade of RHEL and Windows Servers.
• Experience with using Patching tools like Bigfix, SCCM, etc.
• Hands-on experience on Ansible, Chef tools to perform Hardening.
• Knowledge of using Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins pipelines.
• Experience with Scripting like Shell, Bash, PowerShell, Python.
• Deep understanding of HPE ProLiant, Dell Hardware and VMWare.
• Professional understanding of networking related to RHEL/Windows.
• Professional understanding of SAN Storage related to RHEL/Windows.
• Good understanding of large Data Center Facilities operation.
• Hands-On experience supporting Infrastructure and Security agents (NetBackup, BMC Patrol etc.).

Responsibility:

• Minimum 9 years experience in M365 administration
• Create and manage user accounts in Office 365.
• Monitor and troubleshoot email and other Office 365 services.
• Implement and manage security features to protect Office 365 data.
• Configure and maintain Office 365 applications, such as SharePoint and Teams.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to integrate Office 365 with other systems.
• Manage Office 365 licenses and subscriptions for users.
• Ensure compliance with industry and government regulations as it pertains to Office 365.
• Provide training and support to users of Office 365 applications.
• Stay up-to-date with technology advancements and improvements in Office 365.

Job Responsibilities

· Participating in creating and implementing training programs

· Booking and setting up classrooms and training venues

· General administrative duties including answer phone calls and attend to email enquiries

· Handle customers on registration for courses and data entry using online training system or website portal with accuracy

· Coordinate training activities and carrying out administrative tasks

· Prepare training materials and maintain training records
