Administrative work:
· Heavy emphasis on ability to multi-task while focusing on time-sensitive matters.
· Liaise with suppliers/ main contractors using calls, emails and WhatsApp.
· Paperwork: update project team Microsoft Excel records/ prepare Variation Orders on Excel for Project Engineers
· Prepare, follow-up, update company and customers on the quotation/ work done/ payment status.
· QC invoices, verify and submit for next workflow.
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
· Positive and pro-active attitude towards learning.
Technical knowledge & skills to acquire while on the job (would be a bonus if candidate is relevantly experienced):
· Decent command of English.
· Basic standards of the usual office computer software (Office, Outlook, Excel etc)
· (BONUS: Basic technical knowledge on ACMV systems.)
· (BONUS: Comfortable with reading CAD and using relevant software.)

Extra Info:
· Mondays - Fridays 8.30am-5.30pm - Office (Flexible work arrangements negotiable such as WFH after probation and when employee meets certain job requirements, ensuring smooth operations)
· Saturdays 8.30am-12.30pm
