• To perform in-process inspection for CNC plastics, CNC metallic and elastomers products as required in a timely manner and completing inspection records.
• To perform final inspection for CNC plastics, CNC metallic and elastomers products as required in a timely manner and completing inspection reports in M3.
• To perform outgoing inspection for CNC plastics, CNC metallic and elastomers products as required in a timely manner and completing inspection reports based on customer's requirement.
• To perform outgoing inspection for traded products as required in a timely manner and completing inspection reports based on customer's requirement.
• Support engineering for first article (FA) inspection of CNC plastics, CNC metallic and elastomers products and inspection reports creation and submission.
• Support engineering for inspection with regard to day to day quality defects troubleshooting.
• Raise internal deviation report (IDR) for daily inspection fallout and follow up with engineering's disposition to close out the actions required in the IDR.

Requirements:

• Carry out quality inspection using various inspection like CMM, height gage, profile projector, micrometer etc, with minimum supervision.
• CMM hands on experience required

The EUC Engineer provides technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware and software.
