The Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global strategy and programs for all T&S teams. As a Wellbeing Operations Manager, your role is critical in bridging communication between the T&S Operation and the Global Wellbeing teams to pinpoint ways to improve our overall programming and serve the mental health needs at a customised site level. Purpose

Responsibilities

We are looking for a ServiceNow Operations Engineer to join our client’s Global Operations team and assist with operations for their ServiceNow platforms. This function includes overseeing the platform’s day-to-day operations, guaranteeing system stability, and providing user report.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

1. Operations Support

• Be responsible for Operations of our ServiceNow Platforms, accordingly to our global operation rules / processes: This includes: Incident management, Platform Upgrades, Release Management, Health checks, Security Checks.
• Ensure proper Platform Administration and admin requests OLA fulfillment.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and errors within the ServiceNow platform.
• Weekly report to our Global Operation Group leader.

2. Contribution to SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) activities:

• Contribute within the Global Operation team to SRE activities, aiming at improving operations effectiveness, and improvement of monitoring, automation of operations and admin tasks.
• Contribute to Definition and Documentation of processes or how-To as knowledge base articles.

3. Project involvement

• Actively participate in ServiceNow implementation and integration projects.
• Contribute to the testing and quality assurance processing during project rollouts.

4. Training

• Conduct regular training sessions for employees and contractors.
• Maintaining knowledge base articles for end users.

5. RampUp:

• Ramp Up Knowledge in ServiceNow Platform technology
• Become a Certified System Administrator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology,

As the IT Operations Engineer for this project, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the operational aspects of our systems deployed in the government's commercial cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure Management:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of our government's cloud infrastructure on the Commercial Cloud (GCC) platform.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud services to meet the needs of government agencies.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud resources to support critical government operations.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce security best practices to protect government data and systems on GCC.
• Stay updated on government regulations, compliance standards, and security protocols relevant to cloud computing.

Requirements:
