What Is the Job and why should you join us?
Be a founding member of a newly created customer acquisition sales team focused on organizations who are building their own AI capability. The sectors we are likely be fintech, quantitative research, hedge funds & biotechnology but you will have the freedom to identify where those investments are being made and focus on where the money is being spent.

You will work closely with industry leaders, including leveraging our strong partnership with NVIDIA, to deliver cutting edge AI solutions that drive innovation and create strategic advantages for our customers. In this role, you will:
- Identify Opportunities: Pinpoint sectors and organizations where WWT can add value and identify the key buying personas to target.
- Leverage Partnerships: Utilize WWT's established partnerships, especially with NVIDIA, to deliver advanced AI solutions and create opportunities for WWT and its partners.
- Collaborate Globally: Work within a global, matrix organization to deliver the best of WWT to prospective customers.
- Target New Markets: Focus on expanding into new markets, including APAC countries new to WWT.
- Provide Sector Expertise: Experience in sectors such as fintech, quantitative trading, hedge funds, biotech, and research institutions will be highly valuable but not essential.
- Win New Business: Demonstrate a proven track record of acquiring new customer logos and winning new business.
- Embrace Innovation: While experience in selling Gen AI solutions is advantageous, a strong curiosity and willingness to learn are essential.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Industry Experience: Proven experience working in the integrator, reseller, or technology vendor space, with a successful track record of acquiring new customers.
- Partnership Building Experience: A history of building partnerships and partner ecosystems that create mutual benefits.
- Sales Expertise: Experience in creating and selling complex hardware, software, and services propositions.
- Customer Profiling Expertise: Ability to identify and profile customers and sectors poised to invest in AI soon.
- Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech, quantitative trading, hedge funds, biotech, and research institutions is desirable.
- New Business Acquisition Experience: A demonstrable record of winning new business in new customer engagements is essential.
- Partner Ecosystem Know-how: A successful track record of creating and thriving in partner ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Gen AI Solutions: Experience in selling Gen AI solutions is a plus but far from necessary. We’re looking for curiosity, creativity, sales acumen, and a willingness to learn. We don’t expect the successful candidates to have a track record of selling AI solutions.
