Responsibilities:

As the social media Operations Specialist, you will help build and execute the social media strategy, initiatives, and projects for the world's largest technology company. Working with the Local and Regional Program Manager, you will support all things social — from always-on content and social-led campaigns to influencer activations and event amplification — by leading the day-to-day operations as well as content development and community management for the brand channels. Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• BAU processes are timely performed, ensuring daily reconciliation are duly processed, resolved, and escalate recon breaks in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy and meticulous in daily processing of records and updates.
• Provide administrative support, documentation, collateral management, and statistics collation.
• Liaise with different stakeholders in supporting the daily operational activities and collaborate with various stakeholders for projects and business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements or automation and controls to achieve operational workflow and service efficiency.
• Subject matter expertise on Listed Derivatives and OTC Leverage Forex products, trade lifecycle events and front-to-backoffice processing.
• RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessment) action plan monitoring and reporting and CSA sampling
• Exchange Clearing activities are performed in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Well verse in regulatory reporting, HKEX LOP, SGX PCS, CFTC & CME large position reporting, etc.
• Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum degree or its equivalent qualification
• Ideally 10 years in industry experience with minimum 3 years of experience into the manager role.
• Derivative Back office system knowledge
• Exchange clearing system and regulatory knowledge
  Futures industry knowledge
• Good MS Excel /office skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with project management and implementation requirement
• Problem solver and equipped with an analytical mind to diagnose issues and ability to think-of-box solutioning is paramount.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the processing for payments & corporate actions.
• Process free of payment securities reconciliation and related cash movement
• Process corporate actions and related tax matters for bonds and shares
• Checker for other securities products
• Perform monthly reconciliation of securities
• Able to work overtime & during Singapore public holidays on a rotational basis

Requirements

• Degree holder with 4 years of relevant working experience in corporate actions and swift messages
• Strong in computer skills/Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous
