CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and set sales forecast / profit projection for the business units (The Planet Traveller, Boarding Gate and The Wallet Shop) to meet financial objectives

Purpose

The primary role of our Operations Engineer is to monitor and maintain 3.5GHz C-Band RAN systems to ensure operational efficiency and continuity for the company’s business.

1. Carry out 24 x 7 daily monitoring of the 3.5GHz C-Band RAN systems’ faults and alarms.

Job Summary

The Senior Network Operations Engineer is an Operations role whom will focus on SLA driven Level 3 Incident Management which encompasses responding and resolution of Network, Wireless, Security Infra related issues. The position will be a critical member of the Operations team whom are the higher level and Sev 1 n 2 escalations to diagnose and troubleshoot fault incidents. As the Research Engineer (Equipment/Operations), you are directly involved in tool installation activities for semiconductor process tools. You would need to work proactively to coordinate with the contractor on the ground for the execution and take corrective and preventive actions of lessons learned, due diligently to prevent reoccurrence.
