Role Summary & Responsibilities

As a Shareholder Services Asia Client Services Manager, you will work closely with Shareholder Services and relevant stakeholders across the region, managing investors / client facing teams to ensure service delivery is maintained at a highest quality. Additionally, you will support other Shareholder Services functions in onboarding new clients, protecting and maintaining existing clients. In addition, you will be collaborating with internal teams and service providers (e.g. transfer agents) to offer guidance and manage Services related solutions, and continuously enhancing our process in line with best market practice.

Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. Your internship would revolve around bringing our robot to market. You may be remunerated with a combination of salary and share options. It is possible to combine this with our technical internships for a more “hybrid” role. This internship requires a reasonable amount of technical understanding/engineering interest.

Responsibilities:

Management Function

• Supervise the daily operations in the Hostel according to the SOPs.
• Ensure Youth Work Associates (YWAs) and Night Residential Care Worker (NRCW) understanding and alignment of practice with the overall philosophy
• Oversee staff relationship with residents and stakeholders.
• Manage staff morale, motivation and discipline in the department
• Monitor and develop staff competency and training in order to fulfill their evolving roles and responsibilities in the department

• Assist HOH/HOD in roles and functions which are assigned.
• Assist HOD in planning the development of the YWA and NRCWs in the department.
• Assist HOD in reviewing current and implementing new process to meet requirements of the Ministry.
• Identify and attend courses/training for personal and professional growth and development.

Taskforce Involvement

• Able to lead taskforces within the department
• Able to represent the department to contribute in inter-department/inter-division taskforces
