Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of projects at various sites, by coordinating directing, and monitoring cleaning operations.
• Manage the site supervisors to ensure delivery of operations at all sites.
• Regular visits to the company’s cleaning site to monitor standards of cleanliness and service quality.

Sales

• Achieve sales and KPI targets. Monitor individual target in terms of daily and monthly sales.

Customer Relations and Following

• Be able to share our brand’s values and stories to recruit and retain loyalty of our guests.
• Fill out and update the digital CRM card, build relationship with customers.

Back Office Support

• Contribute to stock management.
• Able to maintain floor display area and merchandise.

About the role

• Leading an electronics research software project whilst mentoring graduates and team members.
• Reviewing relevant articles, papers and patents and meeting with suppliers to keep informed of emerging technologies.
• Designing, building, and creating software for demonstration rigs to prove feasibility of new technologies and products.
• Creating clear technical reports and presenting design details and expected performance to others.

About you

• Degree or equivalent experience in Electronic Engineering or comparable discipline.

Summary:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the key link between the sales team, clients, and internal departments. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will contribute to the efficiency and success of the sales operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing: Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
