Job Description:
-Monitor and resolve tickets logged in the ticketing system efficiently.
-Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or higher management.
-Maintain detailed records of all incidents and their resolutions in reports.
-Data Center Operation-Remote hands Support (Power cycling ,inspection,installation of cables/equipment ,backup. etc)
-Perform Inter/intra Cabling work( Cross -Connect deployment & testing)
-Perform Rack -Stack and tape management.
-Conduct routine health checks on data center infrastructure.
-Prepare and update shift handover documentation to ensure seamless transition between teams.
-Escorting , managing visits and deliveries for customers.
-Ensure physical security of data centre, building, and occupants by maintaining site security protocols, badging requirements and data protection procedures
-Other onsite works upon customer team's request
Requirements:
-Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology
-Strong teamwork spirit
-Strong initiative and able to work independently
-Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
-Data center experience
