Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:Conduct regular stock checks in the warehouse to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Import/Export Logistics:Liaise with 3PL companies to coordinate the import and export of goods.
  Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance.

• Shipping Arrangements:Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., Sales, Production, Procurement) to plan and coordinate shipping arrangements.
  Negotiate freight rates with carriers and select the most cost-effective shipping options.
  Oversee the loading and unloading of goods.
  
• Logistics Process Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  Stay abreast of industry best practices and new technologies in logistics.
  

Qualifications:

Relationship Management

• Maintain cooperative relationships with site owners to continuously optimize collaboration models.
• Preserve and enhance brand image with site partners.

Job Requirements

• At least 6-8 years of experience in site operations management, familiar with site expansion and maintenance processes.

• Experience in F&B, Retail, Machinery, Equipment or related industries preferred.
