Job Description:

• Oversee and manage daily delivery operations, including planning, implementation, and execution to ensure smooth workflows.
• Ensure operational processes meet client expectations, providing timely and accurate deliveries.
• Conduct training programs for new workers to ensure they are familiar with company procedures and safety practices.
• Regularly review and update company policies and procedures to remain compliant with industry standards.
• Handle customer complaints, ensuring prompt service recovery and continuous improvement.

• Step in to assist with deliveries, driving when required, and handling goods safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely handle, load, and deliver goods to designated locations, ensuring the secure transportation of items.

• Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of the vehicle, ensuring routine checks are performed.
• Stay familiar with Singapore roads for efficient navigation and delivery.
• Assist with the manual handling of heavy items and operate pallet jacks as needed (training provided).

Job Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Class 3/4 driving license with no adverse driving records.
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience in a similar role.
• Physically fit, able to manage the manual handling of heavy items.
• Willingness to learn and operate pallet jacks (training will be provided).
• Familiarity with Singapore's road network is advantageous.
