RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain treasury infrastructure of the Group and company portfolio including:
- Develop and maintain treasury infrastructure (bank accounts, TMS, ERP integration)
- Manage bank relationships and KYC requirements
- Manage relationship with TMS providers and other external counterparts
- Actively engage in continue improvement, automation and digitalization of treasury operations
- Oversee and supervise centralized treasury operations including:
- Payment and receipts processing
- Financial transactions (such as external loan, internal loan, derivatives) approval and settlements
- Cash and cashflow reporting
- Bank accounts and bank platform management
- KYC from banks and financial institutions
- Month end closing and year end audits
- Manage treasury activities of the company portfolio in charge including
- Maintain and update cashflow, funding forecast
- Maintain and update FX and other financial risk exposure, develop solutions with risk management team
- Arrange bank guarantees, LCs and short-term credit facilities
- Review capital structure, recommend intercompany settlement or dividend distribution
- Review and report financial ratio, treasury performance of the portfolio
- Liaise and work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related professional certificate
- Minimum 8-year experience in Treasury infrastructure and operations, 4 years in supervisor role
- Knowledge in Kyriba and Oracle applications, accounting rules preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly driven with strong work ethics, team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
