Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the operations of the establishment.
• Support behind-the-scenes activities and other operational functions such as customer service, shift scheduling, cashiering, closing tills, ordering inventory, and handling office paperwork.
• Manage inventory, resource requisitions, and purchases.
• Oversee staff recruitment and training.
• Implement strategies to improve staff morale and motivation.
• Ensure food standards and quality control are maintained.
• Analyze the establishment’s performance and review operational processes to find opportunities for innovation, technology application, and work process improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets based on customer profiles.
• Submit proposals to management for improvements to the establishment, such as process improvements, repairs, and renovations.

Production Operations Technician (F&B)

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to maximize the production of high-quality products by effectively utilizing assigned resources and assets. To achieve this goal, the role involves:

• Technical expertise in optimizing/maximizing production, yield, and product quality
• Implementing and maintaining quality systems, improvement projects, and other initiatives
• Tasks in line operations (covering at least 3 different workstations)

Operation and Performance

• Meet line and batch efficiency and output goals as set by management
• Increase output by minimizing downtime through effective monitoring and control of changeover/maintenance/breakdown times
• Ensure product quality by managing all critical control points (CCPs) and producing quantities as per process orders
• Accurately handle product labelling, coding, and other information
• Adhere to proper cleaning, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in line with Quality System requirements
• Ensure smooth handover before going on leave or changing shifts
• Strictly follow safety and environmental protocols in the workplace

Improvement Projects

• Contribute to various initiatives with ideas, hands-on experience, solutions, and other inputs
• Assist in conducting trials, data collection, and troubleshooting machines as needed
• Participate in root-cause analysis and development of corrective actions as required

Job Requirements

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a food manufacturing company in a similar role. Experience in other manufacturing and electronics industries is also welcome
• Strong technical knowledge and skills in line operations and machine maintenance/repair
• NITEC/Diploma in Engineering or other relevant fields
• Willingness and ability to work weekly alternating shifts (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM )
• Willingness and ability to support in working overtime when necessary (OT is payable)

Meta is seeking a Benefits Operations Specialist to assist in supporting the company’s various benefits programs Internationally. The person in this role will make an impact supporting the implementation of program and systems changes and manage the day-to-day operations and vendor management for benefit programs.

This role is based in Singapore and will lead projects, process improvement, metrics, and ensure a high touch employee experience. The person in this role will partner closely with the Benefits, Legal, People Tools, Payroll, and HRBP teams.

This is a full time role based in our Singapore office.

Responsibilities

• Review programs for opportunities to automate, increase efficiencies and outsource. Benefits Manager to operationalize new global and regional programs
• Represent the Benefits team as a subject matter expert in a specific area. Drive benefits process improvement activities, including process design, documentation, and training
• Using data, identify opportunities to improve existing and build scalable processes, leveraging technology where possible.
• Make informed decisions/ recommendations using data to support these decisions.
• Run ad hoc reports on benefits utilization and establish metrics. Ensure performance against metrics is tracked, measured, and shared.
• Manage the ongoing vendor management and administration of various benefit programs, including program analysis and recommendations
• Partner with the Benefits Manager to operationalize new global and regional programs
• Design and implement effective communication and education strategies regarding benefits programs

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in benefits and/or HR operation in a fast paced organization
• Experience in implementation of different benefit programs across International (APAC, EMEA & LATAM)
• Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must have ability to effectively use data to drive recommendations
• Ability to interact with all levels of a professional organization
• A self starter with ability to work independently with minimum supervision and lead multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups / locations / vendors
• Strong project management skills including task initiation, prioritization, completion
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in Medical & Health Insurance (including mental health) programs and operations processes.
• Familiar with Lean Methodologies

Job Description:

• Lead the Technician and service staffs ensuring that they carry out their duties according to the SOPs
• Co-ordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure smooth running of building facilities, Building Automation System (BAS) / Building Management System (BMS), M&E services and other backend facilities
• Supervise and liaise with term contractors to ensure proper implementation of contracts in relation to facility management

• Assist the management in the planning and execution of energy saving and preventive maintenance programme
• Co-ordinate tenancy fitting out works and asset enhancement initiative when required
• Ensure all facilities are maintained and managed in full compliance with all statutory requirements and by-laws
• Plan and prose energy initiatives to implementation of energy management works
• Assist the Operation Manager in preparing operations budget and keep track of expenditure

Requirements:

• Min a Diploma in Building Management
• 2 years’ of experience in managing a shopping mall/retail
• Strong knowledge in Building Automation System (BAS) / Building Management System (BMS)
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Process good leadership
• Highly detail oriented and organized in work
